Could you be our next adventure guide?

We’re looking for adventurous people who want to help tell great stories, showcase our beautiful coastal landscape, and create unforgettable experiences for our visitors – together with us. You don’t need previous guiding experience, but you should be independent, active, and passionate about the outdoors. You’re also open, curious, and genuinely interested in connecting with people.

As a guide, you will receive training, courses, and the necessary equipment to carry out the activities safely.

Guiding is offered as individual assignments – you choose the days that suit you. Compensation by agreement.

Staff Handbook

Our guides and instructors are expected to demonstrate sound judgment and the ability to continuously assess and adapt activities based on conditions, terrain, and participants. Assessments are made prior to the activity, at the start, and continuously throughout.
