Special Offerings for Local Residents
We invite local residents to join our kayak experiences along the nearby coastline. These tours are designed to create informal meeting spaces, strengthen local networks, and make the coastal nature around us more accessible.

Vågsvåg Paddle – Wednesday, 27 May
A short, safe introduction to kayaking for beginners, paddling along smooth coastal rocks with views of the fjord. Social gathering with fruit, coffee, and grilling at the boathouse.Halsør Paddle – Wednesday, 10 June
Paddle from Raudeberg to Halsør along the scenic coastline. Includes a break with fruit and coffee at Sætrastranden, and an opportunity for a refreshing swim. Suitable for beginners and slightly more experienced paddlers.Venøy Round – Wednesday, 24 June
A longer tour around Venøy, passing coastal rocks, calm bays, and open sea. Concludes with social grilling on Midsummer’s Eve and the option to swim. Suitable for both beginners and experienced paddlers, with a focus on activity, nature, and community.

Don’t have your own kayak?
Participants who do not have their own kayak can rent the necessary equipment through Sjøbris Adventure. The equipment will be prepared and ready at the starting point of each tour.
The rental includes a stable tandem kayak suitable for coastal paddling, paddle, life jacket, and spray skirt. The fee helps cover equipment costs, maintenance, and cleaning, ensuring safe and well-maintained gear for all participants.

NOK 400 per person, per tour
NOK 1,000 total if you book all three tours
Participants who join our introductory kayaking course receive 20% off equipment rental.
Booking and payment for kayak equipment can easily be done when registering for the tour in the booking system.
