Sauna by the seaside

Relaxation, purification, and community

Norway's sauna culture has transitioned from ancient, potentially Viking-inspired practices to a modern and diverse culture that embraces wellness, social interaction, and a deep connection with nature.

Flyt Sauna Vågsvåg is a unique and cozy experience, combining the warmth and relaxation of a traditional sauna with the beauty of a coastal setting.

Alternate between the hot sauna and a refreshing dip in the cold seawater. This invigorating experience can be quite cozy in its own way, as it stimulates your senses and leaves you feeling rejuvenated.

  • We do not recommend alcohol in combination with sauna or swimming.

Alcohol consumption inside and outside the sauna is not permitted for Drop In bookings.
