Skongenes Lighthouse

Dramatically situated at the tip of a headland, Skongenes Lighthouse guards the entrance to Vågsfjorden, standing exposed to the open sea. First lit in 1870, it has served as a vital navigation point for seafarers along the coast. Today, the lighthouse is a unique hiking destination, where you can experience untamed nature, the power of the ocean wind, and the special atmosphere of a coastal beacon.
